This is our complete robotic arm vision-based feeding and tray loading system. The controller and display are integrated, with vision and robotic arm operations performed within the same software for simple operation. The controller only requires connections to power and air supplies. The controller connects to the robotic arm, vision system, light source, and vibratory bowl feeder through a single cable. The robotic arm can also be deployed independently, mounted on your own automation equipment or production lines for applications such as loading/unloading, bonding, and tray loading.
