1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and DangcingAI ("we", "us", or "the Service", available at https://dangcingai.com).

By accessing, signing in to or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service immediately.

2. Description of the Service

DangcingAI is an AI-powered video tool that allows users to:

  • Fetch and download videos from publicly accessible third-party platforms (e.g. YouTube, X / Twitter, Bilibili);
  • Process videos via AI auto-dubbing, translation re-dubbing, custom-text dubbing or original-audio mixing;
  • Manage task history and (optionally) publish work to Showcase after signing in.

The Service is currently offered in a "Beta" state; features and availability may change at any time.

3. Account & Sign-in

  • The Service uses Google OAuth for sign-in; you must ensure that the Google account you use is genuine and that you have the right to use it;
  • You are fully responsible for all activity under your account;
  • Keep your credentials secure; notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access;
  • We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or terminate any account (see §10).

4. Acceptable Use / Prohibited Conduct

When using the Service, you must not:

  • Process videos that you do not own or for which you have not obtained lawful authorisation, or that violate the terms of the source platform;
  • Process content that is violent, sexually exploitative of minors, hateful, harassing, non-consensually intimate, or that uses someone else's face/voice in a defamatory or deceptive deepfake;
  • Use the Service to engage in any activity unlawful in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright infringement, trade-secret theft, privacy violation, money laundering, tax fraud);
  • Reverse-engineer the Service, scrape it at scale, bypass rate limits, forge requests, inject malicious code or attempt to impair its availability;
  • Resell, redistribute or build a competing service based on the Service without our prior written consent;
  • Impersonate any person, misrepresent identity or deceive other users.

We may remove violating content and suspend or terminate violating accounts without prior notice.

5. User Content

"User Content" means the video URLs you submit, files you upload, custom text or prompts you provide and the outputs they produce.

  • Ownership — you retain ownership of your original inputs and prompts. For source videos you submit, you are responsible for confirming that you have the right to use them (copyright, fair use, licence).
  • Processing licence — you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, transcode, generate from and play back your submitted content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
  • Publishing licence — only when you explicitly toggle "Share" in your history do you additionally grant us a non-exclusive licence to display that output on Showcase to the public; you can withdraw this licence at any time with one click.
  • Your responsibility — you take full legal responsibility for all User Content; if a third party claims rights, you will defend and hold us harmless from any resulting loss.

6. Third-party Platforms & Copyright

DangcingAI is a technical tool only — it does not actively browse, recommend or host third-party platform videos; downloads are user-initiated. Note that:

  • Each source platform (YouTube, X / Twitter, Bilibili, TikTok, etc.) has its own terms of service; when you use our Service on their content, you must still comply with those terms;
  • Before downloading copyrighted, paywalled or geo-restricted content, confirm you have a lawful authorisation or that it qualifies under "fair use" / "fair dealing";
  • We are not liable for consequences arising from your violation of any third-party platform's terms.

6.1 Copyright Notices (DMCA-style)

If you believe a Showcase entry infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@dangcingai.com including: (a) the rights holder's / agent's signature; (b) a description and URL of the allegedly infringing work; (c) identification of the original work you own; (d) your contact information; (e) a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised; (f) a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate. We will take down infringing content promptly and may terminate repeat-offender accounts.

7. Intellectual Property

The code, UI design, brand ("DangcingAI" name and logo), copy and AI-model implementations behind the Service are the property of DangcingAI or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works from them without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation or error-free results.

  • AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies or inappropriate output; you should review outputs before relying on them;
  • Third-party platforms may change their APIs, limit access or remove videos, which can affect download / processing results;
  • The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades or force majeure (including outages, network failures, governmental action).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or any other theory:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, goodwill or business interruption);
  • Our aggregate liability across all claims is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you actually paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100, whichever is lower. As the Service is currently free, (a) is typically zero.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately and without prior notice if:

  • You breach these Terms;
  • Your conduct creates legal or security risk for us or other users;
  • We decide to discontinue all or part of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion via support@dangcingai.com. Sections §5, §7, §8, §9 and §11 survive termination.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless DangcingAI, its affiliates, directors and employees from any claims, losses, costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, violation of law or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be signalled by (a) updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, (b) posting a prominent notice on the Service and (c) emailing signed-in users at their on-file address. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

The interpretation, validity and performance of these Terms are governed by the English version (see §14). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be negotiated in good faith; if not resolved, it may be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction at our place of registration.

14. Governing Language

The English version of these Terms is the legally binding version. Translations into other languages are for reference only; in case of conflict, the English version controls.

15. Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement — these Terms together with the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede prior communications.
  • Severability — if any part of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder continues in effect.
  • No waiver — a failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
  • Assignment — you may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent; we may assign these Terms without notice.
